mixed tape masterpieces: london II
eff...
it is monday. and i leave on friday. and i still have most of my writing to do. so i really shouldn't be here writing. in fact, i probably wasted valuable paper-writing time deciding whether or not i should write to tell you all that i wouldn't be blog-writing until i get to thailand...
so i will update you all with pictures and stories from laos later...
and happy holidays :)
tornado sweeps through london!
for those of you wondering if i'm still alive after that crazy bit of wind picked up over here, i am. in fact, the only reason i even knew there was a tornado was because lindsay emailed me to ask me if i was still alive. clearly either the only person who watches the news and/or cares about me... just kidding... sorta.
so apparently being a loser and staying in your room to read/write has some advantages. hail is unfriendly matter. very very unfriendly.
so... morals for today?
watch the news and watch for hail.
3000 down, 7000 to go!
alright people, i am on the GO! there's no stopping me now!
but seriously, this is depressing. i finished a paper today and what did i do to celebrate? i printed it out, edited it and watched one episode of samurai jack. sad. now i'm writing another one...
ps samurai jack is awesome.
so east asia paper finished. no more japanese festival music for me.
new papers: oral transmission and internet in china. still haven't decided on actual topics. but on a good note, only 10 days left of school!!!
